BUG Report：/x/v2/splash/list now seems to return message "OK" instead of "0"

Env:

• iOS 26.3.1
• App v8.87.0
• Surge v5.17.1

As I have tested on my own fork, the Bilibili api /x/v2/splash/list now returns message "OK" instead of "0". This results in skipping the lines that copy response items into itemsCache, causing failure to replace ADs or vertical videos with new ones.

Since I just come across this project today, I am not familiar with the Bilibili apis. Is there any maintainer who can verify this on their own devices or on other MITM applications? If this is verified and if possible, I am looking forward to making a pull request about this since I have tested the fix to be working on my own environment.
