[1.18.2] Can't generate sources, and everything import in "net.minecraft" package is broken

Cloned 1.18.2 example mod and try to runClient in vscode, it fails:

Then I tried to run genSources --info, then: https://gist.github.com/Blue-Beaker/e8a8e75d26f852a44e07adcfbf500056
Also, in every import of "net.minecraft", vscode says "The import net.minecraft cannot be resolved"

OS: Kubuntu 22.04
IDE: VSCode 1.75.0, with java and gradle extension installed
JDK: openjdk-17-jdk

Same issue here but with 1.19, I think we are doing something wrong tho 😢

EDIT: Restart VSCode to fix the issue
