Keyboard autocorrect

I've seen a PR for the keyboard app that adds autocorrect and word prediction for English. However there's a conflict in how to go about implementing it. Is this the right place to discuss how to implement it locally that works for most people?

My idea is that there is a separate apk to install for that specific language that you want to use so the app size isn't increased by having languages you won't use included. It also avoids making the user give the internet permission so the keyboard app can download a language pack.
