Organise the reusable content blocks in the palette

One of the top reasons why we're migrating our documentation to GitBook is its support for reusable content.

However, right now there's no way to sort or group the reusable content shown in the palette. When I press /, I'm immediately shown 50+ reusable content blocks – and these can't be sorted alphabetically or grouped in folders. This makes the palette unwieldy and messy, burying the options nested in sections such as 'Discover integrations, Quickstarts, and Embeds. What's more, the sorting applied on the Library tab doesn't apply to the palette.

In my opinion, there are two different ways of solving this:

• Move the Reusable content section one level down in the palette, perhaps when the number of blocks within it is greater than five or so. This way, reusable content would behave like the Icons section, which only reveals its content when one navigates to it. Allowing for sorting on top of this wouldn't hurt. ;-)
• Allow for the grouping and sorting of reusable content blocks. This would enable customers to organise related reusable content blocks into dedicated folders, which could then be sorted following the same options presented on the Library tab.

Hi @bola-de-gude-12, thanks for the suggestion. Why do you use the menu and not the library? You can drag & drop from it.

The menu/palette is quicker, we can use it without having to take our hands off the keyboard. Also, some of us tend to collapse the sidebar where the Library is while we work on articles.
