Air quality has a broad range of sub-topics to explore, but the influence it has on global health has increased my attention and interest in learning more.
As a part of that interest, I wanted to explore more about the quality of air around me at various times and under various circumstances. To do so, I gathered some off the shelf parts to assemble a 'portable' device that can give real time information on a small screen.
Here's an image of the assembled components:

Initially, I was hesitant to publish this in any official manner, as I've mostly built on the shoulders of others in the community already. I was encouraged by this community to share, though, and I do see the value in having another potential starting point for others to begin their own journey if they wish.
I've published instructions and source code to replicate this project here: https://codeberg.org/pubtea/airQualitySensorSen55
