For questions and bug reports, describe your goal, what you tried, expected and actual behavior, and relevant versions. Remove tokens, JWT secrets, connection files, and personal information from shared material. Report vulnerabilities through the private reporting policy.

Once there is a concrete bug or task, use the repository that owns its implementation: impl-py for Python, the database contract, and CLI; impl-ts for Web and the browser extension; impl-swift for macOS; ui for the design system; docs for guides; ext-reg for Registry and Toolkit; agent-skills for skills. Cross-repository contribution workflow belongs in .github. If ownership is unclear, ask in Q&A.

Before taking a task, comment to confirm scope and a contact. A good first issue should provide a starting point and acceptance checks without requiring organization-private credentials. An empty list is not a barrier to asking questions or proposing work. Read Contributing and the repository's own guide before implementing.

Draft PRs are welcome for early feedback. When ready, state the feedback needed, remaining acceptance or delivery work, and who responds next. Cross-repository work uses a tracking issue to link PRs, versions, and outstanding release work. Maintainers respond as availability allows; there is no fixed response-time promise.
