60 meters alternate JS8 frequency

The 5353 kHz frequency has been adopted as an alternate for 60m JS8 due to military operations taking over the upper end of the WRC-15 allocation. Very powerful STANAG signals come on 5361.5 kHz at greyline and go all night. The signal is encrypted, 3 kHz bandwidth usage (500-3,000 Hz USB from the suppressed carrier), it started right after the Iran conflict began. Shortwave listeners have reported it is coming from the U.S. Navy Norfolk transmitter site, however there is another powerful U.S. Navy STANAG transmitter site in Puerto Rico as well. These transmitters are used during periods of high geopolitical tension for tactical data transmission to NATO fleets, nobody knows how long it will continue.
