This is probably too niche for most to care too much about.
Months ago I was searching for the iSCSI target server for older versions of Windows Server (don't recall any of the details now). I did write down some of my notes for getting those vintage versions. One of them already appears to be in the legacyupdate download center: https://legacyupdate.net/download-center/download/19867/microsoft-iscsi-software-target-3.3
However, in my travels I did come across an older version. I wasn't able to find a download within the web archive path in Microsoft's websites, but did find one at Softpedia: https://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/Servers/Server-Tools/Microsoft-iSCSI-Software-Target.shtml
Looks like a genuine file:
