Executive Board Report 10/06

Thank you to everyone who came to the kickoff meeting. Was really happy to see so many people there. We introduced the executive board and went over upcoming events. We had a terrific turnout at the FY elections too. So many great candidates that just goes to show what potential CSB’26 has. Our next in person meeting is TBA, so in the meantime, here are the top initiatives the CSBA Eboard is working on right now:

President

• Met at College of Business (CoB) Club Executive Roundtable and established a CoB Club Council (CoBCC) for increased communication and collaboration
• Met with CoB faculty to get events certified as “Student to Professional Program” Tier-3
• Met with Career Center(CC) to get events on Handshake for easier registration
• Met with College of Engineering (CoE) Computer Science club executives to discuss their fall plans and potential co-sponsorship initiatives

Current

• Setting up Meta Business Suite for the @lehighcsb Instagram account
• Working on scripts/program for CSB students to join all CSBA resources at once with just Lehigh email: CSBA-Connect
• Setting up a LinkedIn business page for CSBA-Connect
• Getting developer access to LinkedIn API for CSBA-Connect
• Scripting GitHub API for CSBA-Connect

Future

• Meeting with Career Center to talk to club executives on hosting events at Lehigh
• Meeting with the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) in conjunction with CoB, CoE, CC faculty to discuss opportunities with Lehigh Involvement Connection (LINC), Non-major graduation reqs. (5x10s, Tier-3) and other overlapping programs to define a more cohesive path for CSB and Lehigh students as a whole
