Error in the widget when migrating from version 3.74 to 4.86.

Good afternoon. I migrated from version 3.74 to 4.86 in a single step. When I go to edit Widget, the view appears broken (as seen in the image). Even creating a new theme, the view remains broken. In devtools it says: Refused to execute script from '/design/defaulttheme/js/widgetv2/index.js?ts1780417784202652' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled. But on my server the file is located in lhc/design/defaulttheme/js/widgetv2/index.js
Where can I adjust the base URL so the widget picks up the correct path? If that is the problem.
