Almost-blank stream when using Vulkan encoder on Linux

I get an almost-blank screen when using the Vulkan encoder, but everything seems to work when using the Software encoder. I tried using the automatic capture method and forcing XDG Portal. Same error for both.

The screen is almost blank except for a strip of green visible at the bottom, and the mouse cursor draws fine.

• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER
• Tested with:
  • pre-release 2026.704.34109
  • stable 2026.516.143833
• Installed via the .deb package
• Tested both the Desktop and Steam Big Picture
• Streaming to Moonlight on two different Android devices
