Qsv support

Any plans to add qsv support? Especially with both sunshine and moonlight supporting av1 and Intel arc being the best bang-for-buck av1 encoder, makes sense to support qsv.

Unless it already does behind the access and I just don't know. Just don't see the setting with the rest of the encoders like vaapi and nevc

Qsv is vaapi but customized for Intel specifically. They are separate options in ffmpeg. If not specifically set, it will use vaapi instead of qsv.
