Could we get a database, where Users can submit Values for good hardware combination or at least what to expect on certain configurations? Sure I guess the latency is dependent on more variables, but if we could just get some hints of idle encoding / decoding times, this would help to find suitable hardware.
The issue arised for me, seeing the very bad encoding performance of Quicksync in conjunction with Sunshine. I tested 13600k, 245k, 125h and the encoding latency ends up in the 10-20 ms and 80% GPU Usage which just feels very laggy, compared to and AMD 780M IGPU which sitz at 5 ms encoding time. Comparing the 125H vs my AMD iGPU with 780M, the gpu performance on paper is not that big but still quicksync is kind of slow.

I like the idea, but there are a lot of variables that can affect streaming performance. To what level would we want to track all that?
