Hi I installed the most recent flatpak version of sunsine on my kubuntu 25.10 mashine
But it keeps gooing it ot this error

Fatal: Unable to find display or encoder during startup.
Fatal: Please check that a display is connected and powered on. 

Forthe first line i tried the command 

sudo -i PULSE_SERVER=unix:/run/user/$(id -u $whoami)/pulse/native flatpak run dev.lizardbyte.app.Sunshine

bwrap: Can't find source path /run/user/1000/pulse/native: Permission denied
whit that as result might this be due to the fact my system uses asla in stead of pulse for its audio

This has been a long standing issue with flatpak. In beta we now have xdg portal grab capture and deprecated KMS capture for the flatpak package. Should be easier, but you need to manually install it from GitHub releases.

i just did that but the error presists.

Mashine is running kubuntu 25.10 with the most recent flatpack from the sunshine repo release page.
