where I should submit the pull request

Hi NVIDIA Experts,

For example, I have a fix patch for https://github.com/OE4T/linux-nv-oot.
But I found out when build yocto sdk based on https://github.com/OE4T/tegra-demo-distro, the https://github.com/OE4T/linux-nv-oot is not used again. gitlab.com/nvidia/nv-tegra/linux-nv-oot.git is used with some local patches. So, I am not sure where I should submit the pull request? I should submit the pull request to https://github.com/OE4T/linux-nv-oot or https://github.com/OE4T/meta-tegra.git?

Please share the context of your patch then create PR to meta-tegra repo.
We will see if necessary upstream it.
