Should MultiPolygon Buildings Be Allowed?

I was looking at the building data in the September release over Manhattan, and there's 5 buildings of MultiPolygon type:

The OSM tagging wiki doesn't seem to offer guidance (or I missed it) but MultiPolygon buildings don't make much sense to me; would it make sense for Overture to be more restrictive here?

I would say even more - there is building_part, right? I thought that was the place for such cases.
