We are thrilled you have chosen OxidOS for developing your ideas, and we are here to help with any issues that you have encountered using our development tools. In order to make the communication with the OxidOS team as smooth as possible, please be mindful of the next rules:
🌐 Use an appropriate language. We want to build a community around amazing people, and respect goes a long way in assuring this is possible.
🪲 If you encounter a bug while using the developer platform, please submit as many pieces of information as you can (build targets, shell commands, chain of actions that led to a the crash or error, screenshots, code snippets, stack traces, errors, etc.), so that the development team can reproduce the situation and fix the issue as quickly as possible.
✍️ If you have any feedback about some functionalities, feel free to post them in this section and start a new discussion. If the feature is highly requested, we will make sure to take it into consideration for a future release.
💡 If you have any other ideas or thoughts that do not really fit in this section, please post them in one of the following sections: General, Ideas, Q&A, Show & Tell.
👐 Lastly, be kind and helpful to others. We are all human and we make mistakes, so if you know the answer to a question and a team member did not have the chance to answer it, do not be afraid to do it yourself.
