Can Authors notes be a sticky option?

I tend to put my most important general requirements in there to ensure the context is fresh on what really matters to me.
mostly, things that are immersion breaking for me, like 'coffee cooling down' after two lines of dialogue.
Copying and pasting is doable, I'm just wondering if there's a possibility to have a checkbox in there that keeps it from character to character?
Or even, have nested lists like the presets for people that have specific ones for different scenes? Thanks either way. :)

commenting to my own ask- should this go into my preset/prompting with a low depth insertion instead to accomplish the same thing?

Yeah, you can just about accomplish the same thing with lorebook entries that already have a sticky feature.
