Any way to have dice modifiers shown next to stats "(+ insert)"?

Example.
Strength 16 (+3)
Dexterity 18 (+4)
Constitution 14 (+2)
Intelligence 3 (+8)
Wisdom 6 (+2)
Charisma 5 (+1)

Key Stats:
HP: 20 (+8 ancestry)
AC: 18 (+4 from scale mail)
Speed: 25 feet (+5 magic item)
Perception: 6 (+6 expert)
Saves: Fort +7, Ref +9, Will +5
