update apps exported from distrobox

I checked this was possible but don't code C#. I have a book though. Roughly 1: toggle to check distrobox apps if there are any (pretty sure the apps are just links to enter containers and run things) 2: check names of applications for if they run a distrobox image 3) offer to upgrade distrobox update or whatever the command is if there are any 4) distrobox upgrade or whatever the command is.
I'm terrible at not updating distrobox apps. Even worse than AppImages. I bet most people are. Also checked distrobox was actively maintained.
