1. Add Contextual FAQ/Help Section 💡
   Issue: New users may not understand air rights terminology or process.

Proposal:

Add a collapsible "?" icon next to key terms (APN, air rights, zoning permissions)

Create an inline FAQ widget accessible throughout the registration

Include tooltips on hover for technical terms

Add a "First time here?" tutorial overlay option

2. Improve Modal UX 🪟
   Issue: No clear way to exit registration flow without completing it.

Proposal:

Enable ESC key to close modal

Add backdrop click to close (with unsaved changes warning)

Include "I'll do this later" link that saves progress

3. We can able to register the whole country air rights in modal as well it should be like a particular house or place by address not directly country have to work must be a particular address will be there not country or city
