Unable to log in after installation

Good evening, I've installed Spirallinux twice, but upon first boot (even though I selected automatic login), it asks me for my username and password, but it doesn't accept either the name I chose during installation or the password. So I installed another distribution, but I'm disappointed because I'd like to install Spiral. How should I proceed to avoid this problem? Thanks, Cesara.

Hi there, you probably ran the installer with one keyboard layout, and then the installed system is using a different keyboard layout. Please try installing without a password, or else use a very simple password with just letters and/or numbers that do not change location depending on the selected keyboard layout. Then once you have successfully logged into the installed system with your normal keyboard layout you can change the password to something more complex.
