Docs: broken Sunbird Community Practices link on Contribute / Extend pages

Hi Sunbird ED community,

On the Contribute and Extend pages, the "Sunbird Community Practices" link points to:
https://sunbird.gitbook.io/sunbird-community-practices/VJZlxBFjATn5Y97QSiJB/

That URL currently returns Page Not Found (checked 13 Sep 2026). The same broken link appears on both:

• https://ed.sunbird.org/engage/contribute-to-ed
• https://ed.sunbird.org/engage/extend-contribute-to-sunbird

https://community.sunbird.org/welcome does load. Is that the canonical replacement, or is there another Community Practices URL we should use?

Happy to open a tracker item or a small docs PR after alignment, per the contribute guidelines.
