Jurisdiction-aware agents without manufactured sovereignty or legal authority
JNR is a technical naming and resolution layer intended to connect namespaces and identifiers to authoritative jurisdictional, governmental, regulatory, treaty, registry, and entity sources while preserving provenance.
A technical namespace, ENS name, TitleChain identifier, internal classification, agent answer, or citation does not create sovereignty, court jurisdiction, government recognition, professional authority, legal status, or control of an official government resource.
