• accessible education and trainer pathways; and
• public-interest infrastructure that communities can adopt without surrendering control.

When sharing an idea, consider describing:

1. the human or community need;
2. who should hold authority;
3. what must remain private;
4. which parts should be standardized or open;
5. how success could be demonstrated; and
6. what failure or misuse we should design against.
