NCCIS - Month number within academic year

Question / Problem statement

The NCCIS dataset includes a variable for month number (1–12) within academic year, but I'm not sure the format of this variable. Month 1 corresponds to September (academic year format), or Month 1 corresponds to January (calendar year format)?

Hi, we contacted the NCCIS helpdesk, who responded that MonthNumber =1 corresponds to January, and so on. Hope this helps.
