XQuartz 2.8.6_beta3

Hey folks,

I released XQuartz 2.8.3_beta3. It pulls in some version bumps from the community as well as some other targeted updates to address CVEs and hopefully addresses the longstanding "black surface with java" bug (#31).

I'm working on a followup (beta4) right now which will pull in more OSS updates, and if that looks good for folks, hopefully I can get that pushed out as a release.

Please let me know if you run into any issues. It's been a few years since I've done a release here, so it's quite possible I mucked something up ;)
