Ability to bypass region locking/restricting for content

As the title suggests, ability to view content that may be region-locked/restricted in a specific territory. Not sure if this is doable at all, I imagine not, however, thought I would make this idea discussion anyway. VPN's work fine to.

Could maybe do something like what https://github.com/level3tjg/TwitchAdBlock optional does. It has an option to proxy specific network requests to different countries that ban ads on twitch.
