What should TealTiger prioritize in TEEC (execution receipts)?

We’re evolving TEEC (Teal Execution & Evidence Contract) as a unified
execution + governance + enforcement receipt model.

This poll helps us understand what matters most in real-world usage.

For TEEC, I would prioritize the fields that help an operator understand what happened after an agent run without replaying the whole session.

The core questions I would want the receipt to answer are:

• What was the agent trying to do?
• What actually executed versus what was only requested or blocked?
• Which policy decision controlled the outcome?
• Was there any side-effect boundary involved?
• Is it safe to retry, and what evidence supports that?

From a practical operations view, the most useful receipt is not the most verbose one. It is the one that lets someone inspect a failed, blocked, or risky run quickly and decide the next safe action.
