This patch version includes certain packages from open-source registries and GPU capabilities in configuration options

• Add FOSS packages into the list
• Add a checkbox to enable GPU capabilities on Linux hosts

Impact on users

This patch unlocks new capabilities for Launcher to serve AI-related packages. We created toolkit library images with common dependencies for NVIDIA and CUDA dependencies that support our newest generation of AI component packages. When adding a relevant AI package to launcher, it will indicate if it depends on a certain toolkit library from our open-source registry, and this version of Launcher allows that dependency to be selected in the package configuration.

Similarly, the checkbox to enable GPU capabilities on Linux hosts allows those AI components to leverage GPU parallelization and acceleration for better performance.
