IRC ChatNET +UnifiedChat

IRC ChatNet has been running smooth for a few weeks now and, as of August 1st, thanks to Storm from the UnifiedChat Internetwork Linking project, we have a #WorldChat channel linked into a chat relay that enables users to join one irc network and chat with users from another network.
