TURN server query

If I have an Antmedia server, hosted on a public VPC, do I still need a turn server?
Earlier, I had it hosted on a private VPC, and TURN was mandatory, and it worked with turn, but if I move to a public VPC, can I avoid TURN?

How are you?
If the UDP ports are open, you will not need a TURN server by default for a public VPC.

However, for the enterprise network that blocks UDP traffic, the default STUN server may not work & in such a case, a TURN server will be needed.
