New plugin for TFMX music files

Recently, I've updated the Future Composer & Hippel TFMX music plugin to add support for Chris Hülsbeck's TFMX format, one of the heroes from the Commodore Amiga era of game soundtrack & chiptune music.

• Source + Windows build

As a side-note, this is one of the few Audacious plugins that use the subsong/subtune API.

I've received suggestions, and it has been too tempting to implement, so the backend library has gained support for Dynamic Synthesizer music modules, which is the music player Chris has used before TFMX.
