QoL additions

Make it so if the playlist we are using to play the current song has that song removed it keeps playing.

Make it so the user can drag files from one playlist to another.

Be able to double click on an empty space on the playlist tabs to make a new playlist, and add "add new playlist" to the context menu of tabs.
