Improve LiberaPay description page (July 2026)

The LiberaPay description page (https://liberapay.com/bottles/) could be improved. Tips:

1. We can add the starting phrase "Run Windows software on Linux with Bottles."
2. We can replace all "wine" with "Wine"

Goal: do not be confused with a project about literal wine :D

(Fun fact: I use Wine and know what it is, but I haven't donated to this LiberaPay account for 2+ years, because I confused this "Bottles" tool with about actual literal wine, about some unknown wine bottling practice LOOOL; while I'm just stupid, maybe the description could be improved a bit to mitigate such potential situation, to help causal users browsing LiberaPay pages.)
