How To Send WhatsApp Flows?

I would like to be able to send a WA Flows Feedback survey.

There are two ways of sending an WA Flow, according to their doc, business or user Initiated.

I already have the Flows created. A Template that triggers the Flow and a Message with CTA that triggers the Flow. So I can use business or user Initiated.

Is there any way, using Chatwoot that I can do this? Business Initiated, user Initiated, Chatwoot's UI, Chatwoot's API etc?

Send a Template with a Flow doc

Looking at the current code from chatwoot, we should be able to adapt the payload to include these additional info for the flow. It should fix most of WA Flows use cases

got the same question. I created the whatsapp flow, and send in chatwoot with template message. There is an error of "(#131009) Parameter value is not valid". I can send other Text template message. But template message with whatsapp flow seems having issue.
