Split-View for Dashboard Apps + Messages

Currently, in the Chatwoot interface, agents must switch between the Messages tab (to chat with customers) and the Dashboard App tab (to view orders etc on custom dashboards). This creates a disruptive experience when trying to multitask.

Proposed Solution:
Introduce a split-view layout (side-by-side or top-bottom) that allows:

• Keeping an active conversation panel open while viewing the Dashboard App.
• Resizable panes (drag to adjust size).
• Option to “pin” the Dashboard so it stays visible during chat.

Benefits:

• Agents can keep track of customer order data while engaging in conversations.
• Reduces tab-switching and improves productivity.
• More seamless workflow for support + operations teams.
