Would a Chatwoot support-ops agent plugin with Skills/evals be useful?

Hi Chatwoot team - would you be open to a small PR that packages common Chatwoot support-ops workflows as an installable agent plugin?

I checked the repo first and saw existing agent-bot/support infrastructure, AGENTS.md, and CLAUDE.md, but I did not see a repo-owned SKILL.md plugin package or Codex/Claude plugin manifest.

What I have in mind:

• a plugins/chatwoot-support-operator/ package with plugin metadata
• one focused Skill for inbox triage, SLA-risk review, customer-response drafting, handoff checks, and approval-gated conversation updates
• a few JSONL eval cases that verify the agent reads ticket/conversation context first, separates evidence from recommendations, and avoids exposing conversation contents, customer data, credentials, tool arguments, or model outputs in telemetry

I am using "plugin" as the installable package and "Skill" as a focused workflow inside that plugin. Telvine would be optional for teams that want distribution listing, version/eval history, and metadata-only plugin telemetry.

If this sounds useful, I can open a scoped docs/metadata/evals PR and adapt naming/location to your repo conventions.
