We run self-hosted Chatwoot CE with a WhatsApp Cloud API inbox. Our agents work primarily from the mobile app. We need an agent to initiate a new conversation with a contact who hasn't messaged us first (e.g. a lead who called us by phone) — which for WhatsApp means sending an approved message template (outside the 24h window).
From the web dashboard we can do "New Conversation" and pick a template, and the API supports creating a conversation + sending a template. But we can't find a way to do this from the mobile app.
