Looking for an open-source Kanban / CRM integration for Chatwoot

I'm looking for an open-source Kanban or lightweight CRM that integrates well with Chatwoot.

My goal is to manage leads and sales opportunities in a visual pipeline while keeping Chatwoot as the main interface for the team.

I'm especially interested in solutions that are:

Open source and self-hosted
Integrated with Chatwoot
Suitable for real business use
Able to manage leads/opportunities through a Kanban or sales pipeline
Preferably integrated through Chatwoot APIs, webhooks, custom attributes or Dashboard Apps

I'm also interested in community projects, plugins, forks or integrations that may not be widely known yet.

Is anyone currently using or developing something like this?

I'd be happy to test promising projects and share feedback from a real business use case.
