Release Notes

Historical archive: workspai is the current package and command, with
wspai as an optional alias. Older entries intentionally preserve historical
rapidkit commands and .rapidkit paths. Use the CLI README and
Command Reference for current usage.

Verified Engineering Goals and Transaction-Safe Repair

This minor release lets Workspai turn release-readiness, dependency-security,
and test-coverage requests into durable goals with measurable success criteria.
It also prevents dependency repairs from being declared complete until the
manifest, lockfile, audit, tests, build, and canonical workspace verification
all agree.

What's New:

• Durable engineering goals

  • Added workspace goal plan|status|verify for release readiness, dependency
    security, and coverage targets.
  • Goals preserve scope, safety constraints, baselines, progress, evidence,
    and the final governed verdict across CLI, CI, IDE, and agent sessions.

• Transaction-safe dependency repair

  • Doctor and remediation plans now describe project-level dependency work as
    an ordered reconcile, audit, test, build, and verification transaction.
  • A manifest edit alone is progress, not a completed repair.

• One evidence contract

  • Verified-goal paths and schemas are bound to the canonical Workspace
    Intelligence artifact registry and published consumer contracts.
  • Agent handoff carries the active goal and dependency transaction without
    creating a competing source of truth.

• Release announcements from versioned notes

  • Added validated release metadata and a shared GitHub/Discord release
    document pipeline.
  • Product, tag, upgrade command, limits, URLs, and safe mention behavior are
    checked before an announcement can be sent.

Breaking changes: None.

Verification:

• Full CLI suite: 2,248 tests passed across 209 test files; 8 tests remain
  explicitly skipped.
• Workspace Intelligence runtime conformance passed 11 stages and 16 governed
  artifacts; all 12 adversarial groups passed.
• TypeScript, ESLint, format, documentation, contracts, package size, alias,
  CLI/extension parity, and security checks passed.
• npm audit --audit-level=moderate reported zero vulnerabilities.
