Release Notes

Historical archive: workspai is the current package and command, with
wspai as an optional alias. Older entries intentionally preserve historical
rapidkit commands and .rapidkit paths. Use the CLI README and
Command Reference for current usage.

Deterministic Governance Repair

This patch makes blocked governance evidence actionable instead of reducing it
to an aggregate retry. Pipeline now preserves the exact Doctor profile and
project blockers, remediation plans expose ordered root actions, and Workspace
Verify can request the missing project evidence without recursively invoking a
gate that is already blocked.

What's Improved:

• Actionable governance evidence

  • Pipeline snapshots exact Doctor blockers and its policy profile.
  • Aggregate actions retain their contract-owned upstream dependencies.

• Project-aware verification repair

  • Missing or stale init, test, build, and start evidence becomes an
    ordered, project-scoped remediation path.
  • Producer commands use --no-gates until the required evidence is ready.

• Truthful polyglot readiness

  • Readiness checks every runtime represented by registered projects.
  • Missing runtime pins produce explicit setup and bootstrap actions.

• Bounded startup evidence

  • Framework health contracts verify supported services.
  • Other long-lived start commands use a finite liveness smoke and are cleaned
    up instead of waiting for the generic stage timeout.

• Patched release dependencies

  • Security-sensitive transitive tooling dependencies are locked to patched
    releases.
  • The release dependency audit completes with zero known vulnerabilities.

Breaking changes: None.

Verification:

• TypeScript, production build, contract synchronization, CLI/extension parity,
  and focused governance/remediation suites passed.
• Full CLI coverage completed; the three loopback-dependent files that the
  restricted sandbox could not bind passed 60/60 with local socket access.
• A real multi-project workspace run persisted exact Doctor and Readiness root
  blockers in the Pipeline artifact.
• npm audit --audit-level=high passed with zero known vulnerabilities.
