Support for SFTP-based deployment

For custom apps, please add support for classic SFTP deployment. Currently, we are forced to use Git. I would personally prefer the ability to upload files manually via FTP to my htdocs folder.

1. cipi app create --custom...
2. Upload my php files using the new created user.
3. cipi db create

Awesome, I just tested it with Wordpress.

The only issue was that I couldn't get Redis working because the phpredis extension was missing. I think phpredis should be installed by default.

Edit: I found the Redis password.

Thank you for the info! Cipi 4.4.5 supports PHP Redis (let me know if is it OK).
To update your server, wait for the nexy auto-update (at about 4:00 am CET Time) or run cipi self-update.

About Redis security, I would like to keep the password for the "default" user and to restore it, run: sudo cipi reset redis-password. Username will remains default, the port is 6379.
