Build with CometAPI Challenge — November 2025

Goal: Encourage developers to build real-world products and open-source projects powered by CometAPI.

How to Participate

1. Build any public project using CometAPI — Web App, Bot, Plugin, Agent, or Tool.
2. Add a clear note in your README or project page that it uses CometAPI.
3. (Optional) Provide a live demo or preview link.
4. Submit your project in the Discord channel #build-with-cometapi with:
   • GitHub repository link
   • Short project description (50–100 words)

Early Participation Bonus

To encourage early submissions, participants will receive Credits once their projects pass initial review.

Submission Bonus—$5 CometAPI Credit

• Public GitHub repo + clearly mentions CometAPI usage

Code Verified—+$10 CometAPI Credit

• Repository includes valid CometAPI API calls (runnable example/code)

Notes:

• Limited to the first 20 participants only.
• Each participant can claim this bonus once.
• Rewards will be distributed manually within 3 days after admin confirmation.
• Early Participation Bonus is separate and additional to Final Awards — winners can receive both.

Final Evaluation (November 30)

Evaluation Criteria:

• Functionality & completeness
• Creativity & usefulness
• Community impact (GitHub stars / traffic)
• How well it showcases CometAPI

Final Awards:

Gold Project—$100 CometAPI Credit(1 winner)

• Excellent tech + high reach

Silver Project—$50 CometAPI Credit(3 winners)

• Creative + solid usability

Bronze Project—$20 CometAPI Credit(5 winners)

• Functional and complete project

After the event ends, Gold Project winners will also receive a featured placement on the CometAPI homepage — a "Build with CometAPI" showcase section reaching over 10,000 monthly visitors.

Nov 1 — Event begins — submissions open
Nov 20 — Submission deadline
Nov 25–29 — Review & community showcase
Nov 30 — Winners announced

Review & Credit Distribution

• All submissions and rewards are manually reviewed by CometAPI admins.
• Reviews are conducted weekly.
• Credits are issued after confirming eligibility.
• All distribution records are logged internally for transparency.
