URGENT HELP: Can't access Codespace for College Assigment

I can not access my homework and I'm not sure why. I do not see the codespace available within GitHub and the link that sends me to the assignment has the error pictured above. I have a meeting with my teacher, but I need help asap. I have troubleshot as much as I can on my own and read all the forums on here. Nothing I've been suggested has worked so far. Anyone have an explanation and maybe a solution?? Thank you!
