I second this! Would love to see. What's the point of a type if it's not visible no matter where the issue is?

I already removed our custom type: bug and type: enhancement labels from issues, but probably will add them back to be able to separate issues by type in the milestone view. Issues having both type Bug and label type: bug is so odd, that I may also remove type from issues altogether.

Overall this feels like a rather strange omission and it would be interesting to hear was it done by design or was it a mistake. Adding the type info shouldn't be too hard, because the milestone view is very similar to the normal issue view where type is visible.
