Projects beta doesn't show the README or overall description at the top of the project board

We need people visiting the project board and see at the top the README and description of the project. RIght now they just see the list of issues are organized with labels and I made views for each label. There needs to be the visibility of the Project description + Read ME file and or even a separate place to show the link to a doc on the whole project.
