Hey Suryansh, Really sorry you’re going through this—having your LinkedIn account compromised is super stressful and frustrating. You’ve already done the right thing by contacting LinkedIn Support, even though their response times can be slow. Here are a few extra tips that might help speed things up or give you the best shot at getting your account back: Submit LinkedIn’s official account recovery form: Check your email for recovery links: Gather evidence: Escalate on social media: Keep updating your support ticket: Watch out for scams: Sadly, all of this can take some time, but persistence pays off. Hang in there, and I hope you get your account back soon. If you find something that works, please share it here—it could help others in the same boat. Good luck! |

Hi GitHub Community,
I’m looking for guidance on recovering a hacked account. My LinkedIn account has been compromised: the hacker changed my primary email, deleted my posts, removed my bio, and blocked me from accessing the profile.
The hacker’s email added to my account is: cewel_etaki7@outlook.com
.
I’ve already contacted LinkedIn Support, but due to high volumes, the response is taking longer than expected.
I’m reaching out here to ask:
Has anyone dealt with a similar LinkedIn account hack?
Are there any effective ways to escalate this issue or verify ownership quickly?
Any advice, resources, or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Suryansh Soni
