Based on the screenshot, you are stuck in a "Catch-22" loop: you cannot contact support because you are suspended, but you cannot log in to appeal the suspension. Here is the solution to break this loop and contact GitHub Support regarding a suspended account. Method 1: The "Can't Sign In" Form (Try this first) Go to the GitHub Support Contact Page. Do not try to sign in. Look for a link that says "Can't sign in?" or "Recover your account". If available, use the "Account reinstatement" form. This form is specifically designed for suspension appeals. Method 2: The Temporary Account Workaround (Most Reliable) Create a new, temporary GitHub account using a different email address. Note: Do not use this account to commit code or evade the ban. Use it strictly for communication. Once logged into the temporary account, go to https://support.github.com/contact/account. Select "Appeal an account suspension" or "Account suspension or flagging." In the "Subject" line, write: Appeal for suspended account: @[Your_Suspended_Username] In the body of the ticket, explicitly state: "I am writing from this temporary account because my main account (@mazhariqbalfull) is suspended, and I am unable to log in to access the support portal. Please review the suspension on my main account." Why your emails were bouncing Checklist for your Appeal Ticket The exact username of the suspended account (@mazhariqbalfull). The primary email associated with that suspended account. |

Hi @mazhariqbal84, This community is managed by GitHub employees, but it is not a support forum. The only place to go for answers to account-specific questions like this one is opening a ticket on our Support page. For account related issues, GitHub Support requires that you contact them from the email address verified on that account. If you haven't already, please submit a request using this form: https://support.github.com/contact/cannot_sign_in When completing this step, you won't be required to sign in, but you will need to verify your email address. If you're currently signed into a different account, please sign out first before following the link. This is a public forum, and the community is unable to assist with nor escalate your ticket, but we can assure you it is in the right place. It will be answered in the order it was received based on our team's resources and the amount of tickets ahead of yours. As no other Community Discussions team members will be able to provide additional help with account related questions I am going to close this discussion. We appreciate your understanding and patience while Support works through your request! |

Dear GitHub Support, My account (thaohaha2201) has been suspended and I am not sure why. I am a student and I use this account for my university projects. Could you please review my case and let me know how I can recover my account? Thank you. |

Hello GitHub Community,
I am seeking guidance regarding an issue with my GitHub account @mazhariqbalfull, which appears to have been suspended/banned without any prior notice or warning.
This account contained all of my important repositories, and I currently have no access to log in.
The main problem I am facing is that:
• GitHub Support requires login to submit a support request
• Since my account is suspended, I am unable to log in
• There is no clear “contact support without login” option available
I have already tried reaching out but could not find a proper way to:
1. Contact the GitHub Support team without logging in
2. Understand why my account was suspended
3. Request a review or clarification of the suspension
If anyone from the community or GitHub staff can guide me on:
• The correct process to contact GitHub Support without account access
• Any official email or recovery form for suspended accounts
• How to request an explanation or appeal for an account suspension
I would greatly appreciate your help.
This account is very important for my ongoing work.
Thank you in advance.
