How to report abuse?

For example this url is used for malware

But i can't find a way to report it since i don't have a user or repository.

to report that malicious github image you can go to https://support.github.com/contact/report-abuse and fill out the form. just paste the url and explain its malware

you can also email support@github.com with the link and details

github can track down who uploaded it even though the user-images url doesnt show the user or repo directly. their abuse team has tools to figure that out

if you happen to know where the image was posted like in an issue or discussion you can also use the report button there but sounds like you just have the direct image link so the abuse form is your best bet

if the url points to malware you can report it directly to github via the abuse report form
https://github.com/contact/report-abuse

even if there is no user or repository you can select malicious content and paste the raw githubusercontent url in the report
github will review and take action if it violates their policies

Yeah, as Tiimie1 said, just use the report form. You don't actually need the repo link for these user-images.

The abuse team can track the uploader from the image ID in that URL anyway. Just paste the link, choose "Harmful content," and you're good to go.

@teodoriu Were you able to report the URL? Because I found this virus today, but when I go to the report form (https://support.github.com/contact/report-abuse?category=report-abuse&report=other&report_type=unspecified), the captcha doesn't work. Even if I complete it correctly, it won't let me submit the form.
